Web/API Bridging Server #2

A server application will need to be developed that can contain a database of web/api data feeds. Ideally this should be easy to update, as end users should be able to add new web/api feeds to the database. This would require an API wrapper that can access various web/api feeds and utilise the received data and be used in a standard blockchain transaction, which can be sent to the blockchain data relay smart contract.

For the test data feeds we will be using Quandl as it has simple and easy to integrate data feeds:
