Skipping through messages doesnt prompt for listening to replies #11

If u are skipping through messages, it doesnt prompt to listen to replies

I think it sort of muddles the definition of next if you are listening to a top 
post,
interrupt with next, but then prompted for replies to the message you just 
decided to
skip. So right now you only get the listen to replies prompt if you listen to 
the
post without interruption.

I've flipped-flopped on this one. We want to encourage users to listen to
conversations. It's also consistent with how we prompt for recording a reply if
responses are allowed even on next.
