the option should repeat, not cancel by default. People may just be indecisive.

In general, we should never take any action for the user by default but
wait till they choose

You still need an explicit way to cancel.  In the code, it seems like thats 3.  
The
prompt (the English one at least) still says "Press any key to cancel".  Either 
need
to change the code back, or the prompts.  Im fine either way.

Actually, Id recommend changing the prompt to "Press 1 to accept, Press 2 to 
cancel
or press any other key to re-record", and the code accordingly

I think it's fine the way it is: 1 to approve, 2 to re-record, 3 to cancel, 
options
on repeat.
