Make call-back period more general #51

Currently, AO asks for you to call back within 24 hours for a response to
your message.  This seems 1) ambitious, and 2) unlikely to be the case for
all organizations.  Either make it more general ("call back soon"), or make
it configurable.

Also, AO asks for you to check for replies even if *you* are the one who just
replied.  Just make the prompt more general, and it should address both 
concerns.
