1. Use sj:submit or sj:a

What is the expected output? 
The expected HTML 

What do you see instead?
JSP not rendered and an exception:
"Unable to find setter method for attribute: onAlwaysTopics"

Which struts2 version?
2.1.8

Which struts2-jquery plugin version?
1.8.3

fix is in trunk and available as SNAPSHOT.
