can't handle it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.enter the domain and login
2.enter password
3.enter the server web adress

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? it was fine before but 
last two days it comes out with "corporate address book can't handle it".

What version of the product are you using?the latest i keep updating it.

What version of Android are you running?4.0.3

What version of Exchange are you connecting to?i hav eno idea

Please provide any additional information below.
before our corporate server was on owa.airastana.com and it changed in last two 
days to owa3.airastana.com and i'm facing the described problem since then.

i asked for exchange version it is a exchange 2010.
