Connecting #64

After connecting I get the following message: validating settings. My screen is 
black. I can only see a search box. Did I make something wrong?

Hi there

Thank you for your message and using my app. Once you input your server 
settings, the app will validate the username and password with the server (and 
show the "Validating Settings" window). Once the app is authenticated this 
message (validating settings) should disappear, and you should see a search 
box. In this box, please enter the name of the person you would like to query, 
press the search button and the app will retrieve all the folks in your global 
directory that match this query.
