Convert Makefile.in to Makefile.am #5

These change will provide a Makefile.am. The Makefile.in generated from Makefile.am will run in all OS. Things as make, make install, make clean, make distclean and make dist will work fine.

Considering a conflict due a recent change, I will send a new PR soon.
