Added instructions for installing older versions of OpenFL and Lime #71

Away3D doesn't work with the current versions of OpenFL and Lime, so at the moment to get it working you need to install older versions of both libraries. I added instructions for this to the readme!

Version on Haxelib updated for the current version of OpenFL - Away3d 1.2.0. Recommended OpenFL 3.5.3 & Lime 2.8.3, so instructions for older version installations aren't needed anymore. Thanks
