Problem description

After upgrading to versions beyond v3.2.9, the tables' Bubble Menu is no longer visible.

Expected behavior

Without the Bubble Menu, it's impossible to adjust the table.

Steps to reproduce

The issue occurs with installations of versions released after v3.2.9.
