libyuv on mac doesnt build a 64 bit version with gyp

export GYP_DEFINES=target_arch=x64

On Mac the interm method is to change common.gypi
ARCHS
xcode_setting["x86_64"]

Not a current priority.  If/when Chrome supports 64 bit, libyuv should work the 
same as linux.
