Export to odt not displaying marathi font on windows 7 #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
odt should display marathi font on windows 7 
odt is working fine on windows xp 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7 openoffice 3.1 jasperreport 4.1

the issue is applicable on windows 7 os
the marathi unicode is not correctly visible in odt hence
not correctly visible in exported pdf.
the above case is working fine on windows xp and standard server
