APM config issues #696

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to config screen, select arducopter config and make changes and save them.
2.Go to main screen to fly quad.
3.Return to config to make further changes, gone back to start (radio config), 
so more mouse clicks are required to find the arducopter config again. Should 
it do this or can it remember where I was, to save mouse clicks. 

Quite annoying having spent a while trying to fine tune the quad, so backwards 
and forwards to config page.

Also, seems to forget that optical flow has been enabled each time it connects 
the mavlink. I have to re-check it every time I disconnect and then re connect 
the mavlink 1.0.
