Mission Planner 1.2.6 does not re-start video display after disconnect #724

When using the video display feature in MP (analog composite video from video 
Rx converted to digital with USB converter such as EasyCAP - OR - when using IP 
video connection), if the RF link becomes corrupted for more than 5 seconds, MP 
quits displaying the video but does not re-start it when good video is restored.

This is a problem because, every time, it requires a fair amount of time to ok 
the error message, switch to another tab, click on 'stop', click on start, and 
return to HUD display tab. 

It would be great to have an option to set the timeout time to much longer 
times as well as one selection of "Never Timeout".
