Automatically update constants.py based on documentation #6

these lines are taken from this documentation. As new skills or activities are added, this documentation will change. We should curl this web page and parse the response to get the values, rather than having them be hardcoded. If JaGeX provides an API for getting this list, even better.

While Nex was added, the list on https://runescape.wiki/w/Application_programming_interface#Old_School_Hiscores has yet to be updated. So, this wouldn't have even fixed the issue. I added a warning log to detect it, at the least.
