Well organized, the code is easily readable for me. But one minor comment, I think you should fill up the venue of this paper (maybe, CVPR2021).

The theory part was organized well, and the figures were properly chosen to help understanding. Also, the code was explained in detail so I could easily understand the roles of the functions and variables. I really enjoyed reading your article.

This is a minor comment.

There is a grammatical error in the Introduction paragraph : "Meanwhile, the second one is utilizes notion of ...".

The review is well-written, providing details of the paper. Some of my comments are:

The venue of the paper seems to be missing.
It's good to show the pseudocodes of the method, but I think it would be better you provide some comments on them.
I think some summary of the paper (e.g., take-home message) can provide better insights for the readers.
Experimental results are missing.
