Description

• Join in a product/system design phase with Japan team to analyze system requirements
• Suggest, propose creative solutions to solve problems
• Design, develop and test high-traffic Web application in Ruby on Rails (sometime do DevOps to deploy to production)
• Write technical documentation

Requirements

1. EDUCATION

• Graduated from College/University in Information Technology/Computer
• At least 2 years experience as a Web developer (1 year as a Ruby on Rails developer)

2. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCES

MUST HAVE

• Programing experience with Ruby
• Experience with Ruby on Rails frameworks (provide intensive Ruby on Rails training course for skill-up)
• Experience with Database system (MySQL/MongoDB)
• Experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Redis, Index Engines (Apache Solr, Elastic Search)
• Server Deployment (Capistrano, Mina, Chef)

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Can basically communicate (writing, speaking) in English. Japanese is a huge plus.
