• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should have at least 8 to 10 years working in the Software Industry.
• At least 4 years of solid work experience with TypeScript and ReactJS or NodeJS. Must have solid work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience designing complex Database schema with SQL.
• At least 3 years of experience building software on the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure,…)
• Must have hands-on experience with Business Rule Engine (Node Rules, Drools,…) or Logic Programming (Prolog) or Rete Algorithm.
• Must have hands-on experience with complex Roles and Permission logic.
• Experience with banking, financial services, or insurance environment.
• Understanding of product development cycles, design thinking, and agile methodology.

• Take on the challenges of building a fintech product with cutting-edge technologies and Cloud Native services.
• Be the owner of your product. Voice your own opinions on every aspect of our product from tech, logic to UI/UX. And turn those innovative ideas into deliverables.
• Proactively push yourself and others to keep raising the bar.
• Tackle the challenging digitalization of very complex financial processes and logic.
• Support Operation and Business teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
