About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team at Baseline.vn & Highlands Technologies. In this role, you will create engaging and user-friendly designs for our products, including our tennis application and entrepreneur platform. You will work closely with developers and product managers to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile and web applications
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs
Stay current with UI/UX trends and best practices

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Written English must be professional
Spoken English at basic conversational level OK.
