About the Role:

We are looking for a mid-level Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team at Baseline.vn & Highlands Technologies. You will work on developing and maintaining web applications, including our entrepreneur platform. This role requires a strong understanding of Ruby on Rails and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails
Use Hotwired, PostgresQL, Turbo / StimulusJS, TailwindCSS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Perform code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements

Approximately 2 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
Strong knowledge of Ruby programming language
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Must be a good communicator
Written English must be professional
Spoken English at basic conversational level OK.
