Remote, Viet Nam (8hours/day)

Salary Expectation

upto $3,500 (willing open)

Required skills and experiences

5+ years of software development experience with a focus on experience in large-scale web services
Proficiency in the following tech stack:
- React, Next.js, Typescript, HTML, TailwindCSS
- AWS, DynamoDB, S3, OpenSearch
- Git, NPM, Lint
Experience managing a development team.
Fluent in English.
Familiarity with blockchain technologies

Preferred skills and experiences

Korean language is a plus
Knowledge in blockchain front-end development (wagmi, viem, dynamic.xyz).
Experience with Runpod serverless, Docker, Stable Diffusion, and ComfyUI.

Job overview and responsibility

Manage and lead a team of 2-3 developers in Vietnam.
Collaborate with the CTO (based in Korea) to align technical strategies with business goals.
Oversee product development, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Code review, mentorship, and hands-on problem-solving with the team.
Coordinate between the Vietnam team and our international teams (Korea & US).
Ensure seamless integration of AI and blockchain features into our product.
