[Hybrid - HCM/Da Nang] Nimble - Web Engineering Lead (Ruby/Javascript/Go)

Location

10+ years or more of professional web development experience. Experience in Ruby, JavaScript (Node.JS) or Go is preferred.
Prior experience as Engineering Lead/Engineering Manager/Tech Lead for squads of 5 or more is required.
At least 1 year of DevOps experience with tools such as: Terraform, Redis, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
Prior experience in hiring software developers is required.
Current active software development experience. We are looking for engineering leaders who are still involved in development actively and want to continue doing so.
Confidence in communicating in English.

Ensure the delivery of our projects:

It’s a hands-on role so we expect you to code and manage a squad of developers.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Tech Leads to make sure our projects are delivered efficiently following our best practices.
Work closely with our Product Managers to guide our clients in their product development journey.
