Salary Expectation

• $800 - $1000/month or range

Requirements

• Averagely good at English (verbal and written)
• 2+ year experience in working with front-end projects
• Proficient at JavaScript library and framework (jQuery, Angular / React)
• Excellent at HTML, HTML 5, CSS
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (i.e. Sass)
• Excellent with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap
• Working experience with GIT
• Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum)
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• Open-minded and good at adapting to frequent changes, willing to learn new technologies while working

Skills

• Strong knowledge in HTML5/CSS3 markup skills
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Familiar with browser testing and debugging
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Good knowledge of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Knowledge of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
• Knowledge of layout aesthetics
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills

Must Have

• Be able to communicate in English (written and verbal) at least intermediate level.
• Be able to discuss technical problems with peers

Ideally

• At least 2 years of experience working with web or mobile web projects
• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field / Higher Diploma in software engineering

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Design web-based features
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Create quality mock-ups and prototypes
• Write functional requirement documents and guides
• Collaborate with back-end developers, web designers, and other team members to improve usability
• Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting

You’ll be responsible for

• Collaborating with other teams to design and implement responsive web features
• Executing and converting designs into HTML5/CSS
• Implementing standards-compliance and cross-browser front-end code of the enterprise mobile and web applications with HTML, CSS, Javascript using library/framework including jQuery, Bootstrap, etc
