Requirements
Require minimum of 1 year of experience (mobile, web)
Require Git, Github and Pull Request knowledge
Require solid Front-End knowledge in Javascript and/or HTML/CSS
Require relevant knowledge of relational database systems like PostgreSQL and MySQL
Familiar with web technologies like REST API, security, performance etc.
Familiar with deployment, scaling, monitoring and performance tuning
Familiar with Agile Process and Scrum Methodologies
Familiar with Extreme Programming methodologies of TDD (Test Driven Development), Refactoring and Continuous Integration
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
Work on rapidly creating new Web and Mobile products for a diverse range of Clients and industries
Work and pair with other developers to build applications with Ruby/Node.js and React/React-Native
Actively involved in product discussions and Sprint Planning
Work with Product Owner to convert business requirements into technical designs
Cooperate with UI Designer to implement modern minimalist designs into production
Learn new languages and frameworks to improve yourself and stay current in an ever-changing environment
Contribute to the local Tech Ecosystem by mentoring, writing articles and joining events.

Interesting engineering projects
You will be working on startup projects in different industries.
Some of the projects are technically challenging, you will have a chance to explore and experiment new technologies:
A fintech project built with ReactJS and React Native on the frontend. Due to the sheer scope of the project, we apply ESlint, Flow Type and Jest test to make sure it can scale. You have to push the boundary of React Native in order to implement some UI and UX requirements. The backend uses micro-service architecture with strict requirements on security and extensibility.
A Netflix Plugin project built with ReactJS and NodeJS. You will use Chrome extension API and have to tweak React / Redux to make it work under certain constraints. The recommendation system built based on how user interact with Netflix episodes also poses interesting technical challenges.
A timesheet management system built with React/Redux and Rails. This project is front-end heavy, the Redux architecture is put to test with complicated business logic and dataflow. This app is a component in a bigger system with a lot of moving parts. Integration with the main system is tricky and interesting at the same time.
