run bokeh init close to what is described at https://awesome-panel.readthedocs.io/en/latest/guides/awesome-panel-extensions-guide/bokeh-extensions.html#steps-for-the-awesome-panel-extensions-package-as-of-20200721-panel-0-9-7-bokeh-2-1-1.

Notes

  1. Checkout v0.0.1 release to bokeh-init branch
  2. cd panel_chemistry
  3. bokeh init --interactive version: 0.0.2 description: Panel extension for data analysis and data apps within the domain of Chemistry
  4. In package.json Replace License and bokehjs with @bokeh/bokehjs
  5. Replace tsconfig.json content
  6. bokeh build
