Pr 247 rebased #287

This is just @waldyr's work in https://github.com/awesome-print/awesome_print/pull/247 rebased on master and with a few style fixes so it can be merged.

I imagine the change limit data before processing, can be worked on at the same time as: https://github.com/awesome-print/awesome_print/issues/286
