Update information of a listed software

This PR is an update of a listed software. Indeed, we release our product. It was called CASE. Now it is called Manifest. By the way, the old url, case.app is redirect to the new one manifest.build

Since this replaces CASE, please remove https://github.com/awesome-selfhosted/awesome-selfhosted-data/blob/master/software/case.yml as well

Case has been replaced by manfiest, so the case.yml file doesn't exist anymore.

Sorry, no. You need to rebase on master (or update your fork and start a new branch on top the current master) and remove case.yml. This PR only adds manifest.yml but does not remove case.yml.

@SebConejo do you want to redo this PR? Should I close it? You should clone/fork the latest version of the repository and work from there. Otherwise maybe someone will do it later, but it could take a while.
