Adding a simple wireless status widget/watcher.

I think that everything should be OK except code blocks are messed up: wirelessStatus_PR

I don't know if this is only my problem because it goes the same for other recipes.

I left some small comments (sorry for doing that as individual comments instead of a review), but IMO this could just be merged (after fixing the syntax issue). Thanks for this contribution!

I actually like these small comments. I think that I fixed all the issues except this one with code blocks in markdown file. Still don't know if it is only my problem because it is the same for other recipes (check this comment)
