Add user activity to profile/home pages #12

This would include new ratings, fountains added, picture added, just anything to do with user activity

I think it would make more sense (especially for MVP) to make the social aspect a little more like Strava or GitHub: You can have "friends" and like their reviews and stuff but it's more focused on your personal contributions to the platform. Stats on your contributions to the campus experience.
