After fountain is added and rated, add to the database and make viewable on the fountains tab

Fountain is now being added to the database, but not viewable in the fountains map yet

Fountains now viewable in fountains page (all loaded at once, need better loading algorithm but thats another issue). Not sure which commit this happened in (should have labeled it then, my bad).
