There is a link to the raw measurements in that page (it's linked on the text "raw measurements by clicking here"). The URL is http://measurements.ooni.torproject.org/.

I thinks it most useful to point to the https://ooni.torproject.org/data/ page though since in here we also have links to the specification of the data format.
