Broken Link, find alternative. #315

This link is broken, please update:

https://www.vision.caltech.edu/Image_Datasets/CaltechPedestrians/

The reason it is broken is because you are forcing HTTPS from a site that doesn't support it anymore. Use this: http://www.vision.caltech.edu/Image_Datasets/CaltechPedestrians/

Or more generally:

Suggestion: http://www.vision.caltech.edu/archive.html
