Add geo-maps #337

Overview

Geo Maps is a project born with the purpose to programmatically extract maps from open databases like OpenStreetMap providing you with a ready to use GeoJSON map that fits your needs.

The repo currently holds 3 type of maps each exported in 13 different resolutions (from 1m to 10km), for a total of 39 maps downloadable. All maps are also published as npm packages to be used within nodeJS apps.

@simonepri I merged this patch into awesomedata/apd-core manually. We have provide a new way to contribute .https://github.com/awesomedata/apd-core/wiki
