Pippin said he'd like to see the theme options gone.

Items to consider:

License key. Pippin said we're probably moving updates to a Github update model. With that, we can ditch the license key field.
Logo upload. We can move this to the customizer.
Highlight color. Move to customizer.

Gonna stick with the license key field for obvious reasons. It'll keep a simple page like in the other themes. Moving everything else to the customizer.
