This isn't something we should do. Every user can negotiate their fees, so we honestly have no idea. We'd also have to go through and update this any time rate fees change.

It could be interesting to know how much total dollars are processes in each gateway via EDD.
Justification or use case
While the number of orders in helpful to the store owner, order totals might be helpful as well. For example, it's possible one gateway could have more orders, but another gateway might process more dollars.
