This may not be possible/too time consuming as it would require directly working with and integrating with HelpScout. My idea is to make something similar to a Symantec/Verisign trust seal where if the user clicks on it, it would go to HelpScout and verify the happiness score to the customer so they can have more confidence it is not just made up and/or out of date, etc. Idea for the icon attached.

If HelpScout would be willing to implement this it should do some nice marketing for them as it would bring more potential customers to their site and get their branding out there for sites that have a high customer happiness rating. Optionally it would be awesome if they could link it into an affiliate tracking system for either cash or at least free credits for HelpScout ;-)

Feel free to delete/remove if this is to time or energy intensive, but just thought it could be a cool way for customers to verify the numbers for themselves.

@worldtravlr That's a very cool and interesting idea. I'll leave this issue open and will forward it on to Help Scout for consideration. They obviously don't have any "out of the box" way to show happiness reports on a website (that I know of) apart from this WordPress plugin, so perhaps it's something they'd like to consider for the future.
