Make plugin translations compatible with WP.org #211

Fix plugin's translation configuration in order to comply with WP.org.

There is also an opened PR: #149 that might resolve this issue, but it should be reviewed and tested (it's a bit old).

This was implemented/fixed in the refresh-3.0 branch. Meaning it will be available in the next big plugin update.
