Feature request - integration with a form plugin such as Contact Form 7 for email forms #41

The goal here is to have a Contact Us link as shown in the mockup below, that when clicked, will open a contact form embedded from any one of the most popular forms plugins.

Is this code in a plugin somewhere? I've written something basic that works with Contact Form 7. @wpsmort Do you think this should be in SM core, a Premium version, or in an addon plugin? (free/paid) Potentially, we could have a series of paid addon plugins and start using EDD.

@michaeltorbert Peter wrote some custom code for the customer who requested this but it was part of a larger project that included some theme customizations and integrations with Easy Fancybox.

I think this should be a paid add-on. I think we should have add-ons to integrate with each of the top forms plugins.
