Calendars admin page "filter bar" appearing broken in WordPress 5.9 when no calendars are added. #247

Expected Behavior

The filter bar should be hidden when no calendars are added.

Current Behavior

The filter bar is displayed and empty, appearing broken. image

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Update WordPress to 5.9 - https://wordpress.org/news/2021/12/wordpress-5-9-beta-3/
  2. View Calendars admin page and delete all calendars
  3. Notice the filter bar still showing.
