I.E. sugar_calendar_admin_ to Sugar_Calendar\Admin.

The /themes/legacy directory houses all of the 1.x theme code, so that needs to stay as-is.

Admin area code now complete.

Will look at other areas next/later.

Ongoing development. Moving to 2.1 to clean up the 2.0 milestone and project.
