Pass Octokit errors back #54

This would be nice to have when reporting errors. I can see the helpful octokit errors in the terminal, but the service only returns a 500 error.

An error like: "Validation Failed: A pull request already exists for wesbos:master" Would be nice to display to to the user and provide more information about what is going to happen to the committed code
