Does not install when using Google+ for Local Business Pages #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. sign into a google+ local pages account
2. start a hang out
3. click on install hangouts toolbox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should install with a pop up asking for permission, but that box just 
instantly disappears once it shows up: http://prntscr.com/1npunc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7, Chrome v30

Please provide any additional information below.

Working as intended.
This is because of Google's restrictions to pages. In order to make it work, 
follow the instructions in this video:
