Presets are not saved after Hangout is ended #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a preset
2. Hit "Save"
3. Close Hangout

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After I save a preset (or multiple presets) they should be available each time 
I enter into a hangout

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current version of product
Chrome 29.0.1547.76 m

I have the latest version of Hangouts, using Chrome (also latest) on Mac Os 
10.8.5. Save presets are lost once the Hangout is terminated. So annoying! I 
use this for Google Helpouts and would be nice to have my saved lower third to 
load automatically when starting a Helpout.

I'm running the latest version of Chrome and Mac OS 10.9.1 and have the same 
issue.
