Feature Request: Night Mode #66

As a gamer, I'm in hangouts late at night all the time.  There's an awful lot 
of white pixels on the screen late at night.  It'd be awesome if there was a 
"night mode" where we could switch the theme to something darker, so it's not 
so bright.

PS - Thanks for this plugin, it's fantastic!!

This is not part of the Toolbox, but this should have been fixed with the new 
dark Hangout design.
