What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on lower third.
2. Turn on custom overlay and pick picture (if haven't already).
3. Steps one and two can be reversed
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output should be the lower third on top of the custom overlay. I
either see the lower third or the custom overlay, depending on which is turned
on.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 30.0.1599.101 m with Windows 7
