Comment Tracker not working properly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add source (only accepting some google+ sources for some reason)
2. Comment on said source
3. See no comments show up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to be able to add a source of a Google+ Hashtag and Twitter hashtags 
but I wan't able to. I was only able to add Google+ posts, and I was not even 
able to see the comments on those posts (made after the source was aded to the 
plugin).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Hello: 
I´ve installed Hangout toolbox but coment tracker doesn´t run properly. I 
can´t see the botons below of coment tracker ("sources", "stream" and "shared")
I´m using windows Xp. 

I add a picture of my hangout toolbox
