The mvn repo URL in the release notes gives a 404 error and the original URL 
redirects to what 
appears to be a private mvn1 server.

We're in the midst of reworking some of our maven infrastructure... which 
should be
done soon.  For now though, use http://mvn.carbonfive.com/public as the 
repository
URL.  That's where it will live ultimately, and that should be more stable than 
the
other.

We should be done with our changes in the next day or two.

http://mvn.carbonfive.com/public is live and is the new permanent home for the
db-migration project, until of course we start syncing with central.
