There was a bug with GNB AOE that would brick the rotation at Lv70. Replications were:
The reason for this was because it was getting stuck trying to cast Fated Circle (Lv72).
This is a fix for it, as now you can cast Burst Strike instead in the AOE combo just fine, with or without No Mercy for optimal use at Lv70.
