changed max climb to .5, removed EdgeSpan filter for dungeons and Interiors Filter for non flyable zones #12

since instances all have colliders at all ledges so no need to filter out ledge spans and this fixes the web bridges in amdapor hard, also turned off the Interiors filter for non flyable zones
