Make it possible to trigger a scan as a command #71

Currently, it's only possible to trigger a scan by double clicking the mechanic 
icon, which is less than ideal -- especially if there are tasks to fix, since 
then it's not even possible to trigger a scan.

Scan should be a bona fide command, and it should be accessible through Eclipse 
menu -- in fact, I think it should be in the "File" menu.

Also, right-click, select Check All. (I think this should be renamed to Scan 
Now)
